Two exterior doors to the outside accepts access to private porch balconies.

-Room 2- Queen bed, intelligent TV, dresser, desk and chair, private bathroom with stand up shower with glass door.

-Kitchen- Entirely equipped kitchen with 2 fridges (one in laundry area), wine refrigerator, microwave, wall oven, smooth cooktop, dishwasher. Generous pantry in kitchen for food storage after arrival.
-Access to pool from door in kitchen.

-Laundry w/ sink and full size stackable washer and dryer.

-Great room with two queen sleeper couches, two chairs, two ottomans, intelligent TV.

This property has a pool that can be heated for an additional fee. ***There is an additional charge of $150/day to heat the pool. Should you want to heat the pool, please notify the owner at least 7 calendar days prior to arrival. Failure to notify owner of desired heating of pool within 7 days prior to arrival can not guarantee accommodation. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given. **Please note there is a 4-nighttime minimum stay to heat pool***

Each garage (2 bays total) can accommodate 1 car, driveway can accommodate 3 cars for a TOTAL of 5 car capacity.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
