Thoughtfully designed and located on the 3rd floor of Tennis Villa B at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort, this inviting two-bedroom, two-bath hideaway is the ideal backdrop for family adventures and fun-filled beach days. Step inside and feel instantly at ease in a space that blends elegance with a casual coastal-inspired style. The primary suite offers a peaceful escape with a plush king bed, a TV for laid-back evenings, and chic décor that reflects the painless ebb-and-flow of island life.

The guest bedroom is wonderfully versatile, featuring two twin beds designed to comfortably accommodate up to two guests making it ideal for kids or additional friends joining the fun. A sleeper couch in the living room provides even more flexibility, ensuring everybody has a comfortable place to rest! The second bathroom includes a classic tub/shower combo, making it simple for guests of all ages to rinse off sandy toes and salty hair after beach adventures.

At the center of the condo, the completely equipped kitchen offers full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, and sink making it easy to prepare anything from fast breakfasts to family-style dinners. The open-concept layout flows into a bright and welcoming living room, complete with a TV and cable for casual movie nights or downtime between outings.

The true highlight, though, awaits just outside. Step onto your private third-floor balcony and take in the calming vistas, where the water gently reflects the sky and coastal wildlife adds a relaxing soundtrack to your morning coffee. It’s a relaxing space that invites you to slow down and simply appreciate the moment.

During your stay, you’ll savor private WiFi and thoughtful starter essentials to make your visit seamless and anxiety-complimentary—from toiletries and paper goods to laundry supplies and fresh bath towels. We provide enough bathing towels for each guest during your stay. Please do not use these on the beach! If you find yourself running low on towels, please utilize the on-site laundry area. You will have to go to the convention center (the building to the left as you enter the resort) and purchase a money card for the laundry area. Each load of laundry will cost $3.00.

When it’s time to discover, the resort delivers countless ways to play and relax. Spend your days calming by the island’s biggest pool, enjoy a match on the lighted tennis or pickleball courts, or take a leisurely bicycle ride through the grounds. There’s a playground for younger guests, grilling areas for laid-back cookouts, and even a second pool near Admiral’s Row for a change of scenery. When you’re ready for a bite or a drink, Jamaica Joez, a beloved island tiki bar, offers lively energy, invigorating beverages, and a full menu just steps from the pool and the private boardwalk to Folly Field Beach. Speaking of the beach, you’ll be all set for a ideal day in the sand.

Want to discover beyond the resort? The Breeze trolley stops right on-site and runs seasonally, making it easy to discover more of the island without the hassle of driving. The trolley service runs every 30 mins. and has a stop at the resort. It starts up in March and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.
