The completely equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. A stackable washer and dryer is conveniently located within the kitchen area, and the Windsor community pool can be seen directly from the kitchen window.

Just off the entry, the hall bathroom offers a single vanity and handsomely tiled walk-in shower. The open living area is designed for comfort, featuring a queen sleeper couch, matching loveseat, and a 55” Samsung Intelligent TV, ideal for calming after a day at the beach.

Sliding glass doors lead to a partially covered private balcony with a round glass table with seating for four and an Adirondack chair provide the ideal space for morning coffee or evening unwinding in the ocean breeze. The view is the best of both worlds to the right you overlook charming tropical landscaping to the ocean and on the left the community pool and grounds.

The serene primary bedroom, updated with all new furnishings, is located just off the living room and includes a king bed, 32” TV, balcony access, and a elegantly remodeled private bath. The spa-like bathroom features a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate glass walk-in shower, creating a calming getaway.

Windsor Place is an oceanfront complex located within the acclaimed Palmetto Dunes Resort. Guests appreciate access to two huge oceanfront pools (heated seasonally), a hot tub, broad sundeck, poolside bathrooms and showers, and a covered pavilion with gas grilling areas. One pool features a gradual entry and mushroom-shaped waterfall, making it especially fashionable with families. Additional amenities include elevator access and a covered parking garage.
