The kitchen is gorgeously refreshed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Totally outfitted with all the accoutrements of home, preparing meals for the family is made simple. The kitchen bar comfortably seats two guests for coffee or casual conversation.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area seats four guests with ease. A full guest bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Entirely updated in 2026, this bathroom features a delightfully tiled walk-in shower.
Just beyond the kitchen and dining spaces, the living room brings beach modern style center stage. Cozy yet classy furnishings, an HDTV, and a enormous sliding door leading to your private balcony make this room a magnificent place to relax.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized Marriott Bed, HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom. Fully remodeled in 2026, the primary bathroom includes a new vanity, a sizable tiled walk-in shower, and a separate freestanding soaking tub for the ideal spa-like getaway.
Step outside onto your private balcony and savor sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.
The beach is conveniently accessed with a short trip down the elevator and out to the shoreline!
