The kitchen is gorgeously refreshed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Entirely supplied with all the accoutrements of home, preparing meals for the family is made painless. The kitchen bar comfortably seats two guests for coffee or casual conversation.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area seats four guests with ease. A full guest bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Totally modernized in 2026, this bathroom features a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower.
Just beyond the kitchen and dining spaces, the living room brings beach modern style center stage. Cozy yet chic furnishings, an HDTV, and a sizable sliding door leading to your private balcony make this room a excellent place to relax.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized Marriott Bed, HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom. Fully updated in 2026, the primary bathroom includes a new vanity, a huge tiled walk-in shower, and a separate freestanding soaking tub for the ideal spa-like getaway.
Step outside onto your private balcony and appreciate sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.
The beach is effortlessly accessed with a short trip down the elevator and out to the shoreline!
