The kitchen is gorgeously refreshed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Coming completely-supplied with all the accoutrements of home, cooking a meal for the family is made simple. The kitchen bar seats two guests for coffee or conversation.

The adjacent dining area table seats four guests effortlessly. A full guest or visitor's bathroom is located just off the kitchen, dining and living areas and contains a walk-in shower.

Just beyond the kitchen and dining areas, the living room excels at bringing that beach modern style center stage. Details like comfortable yet chic furnishings, an HDTV and a sizable slider to your private balcony make this room a delight to relax in.
