Perched on the 3rd floor of Building #4, this striking two-bedroom, two-bath island getaway is thoughtfully designed for carefree coastal living. Whether you’re gathering with family, reconnecting with friends, or simply chasing salty air and sunshine, this hideaway is the ideal place to settle into island time.

Step inside and feel instantly at ease in the bright and inviting living space, where beachy comfort meets laid-back elegance. Kick back after a sun-soaked day with your favorite movies and shows on the Intelligent TV with Cable, or simply relax with a cool drink and let the ocean breeze-inspired décor set the mood. The open-concept layout flows effortlessly into the entirely equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the cookware needed to whip up everything from pancake breakfasts to fresh seafood feasts. The primary suite offers a dreamy king bed designed for deep, restful sleep after long days spent by the shore. The guest bedroom is ideal for younger travelers or additional guests, featuring both a full and twin bed for comfortable island slumbers. Both bathrooms provide plenty of space to rinse away the sand and refresh before your next coastal adventure. You’ll also appreciate private WiFi and thoughtful starter essentials including dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, and more — all the little touches that make vacation living painless and carefree.

Beyond the condo itself, Hilton Head Resort is brimming with resort-style amenities designed for countless fun and relaxation. Take your pick from shining pools, including the outdoor heated pool at Building #1 or the indoor recreation center in Building #3 featuring a heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, indoor walking track, exercise center, sauna, steam room, and even a modest arcade for a little nostalgic fun. Grab a bite at the on-site deli, sip tropical drinks at the poolside tiki bar, or relax at the oceanfront cabana after a day in the sun.

For active guests, the resort offers six lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a badminton court, and an oceanfront volleyball court ideal for sunset games by the sea. There’s also a grilling area for evening cookouts beneath the palms. From April through September, a convenient golf cart shuttle whisks guests to the beach — though many visitors prefer the breathtaking 10-min. walk along the boardwalk, where marsh vistas and local marine life make the journey part of the adventure itself. During the warmer months, The Breeze trolley stops right at the resort every 30 mins., making island exploring even easier. Service typically runs from March through Labor Day, operating from 1PM–10PM during the week and until 11PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Please note: Hilton Head Resort maintains a strict NO FAMILY PETS policy, though registered service animals are welcome. This is also a NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING condo. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Please let us know in advance how many car passes you’ll need (max. of 2).
