Village House 108 is a splendid condo located in the complex of The Village House in Port Royal Village. This end condo is well maintained and decorated with a light and airy touch. This well-appointed and charmingly furnished home away from home creates a comfortable and calming environment for either a vacation or a long-term rental. Great location only a few mins. walk to the beach, pool, and Westin. This gem of a condo features a private rear exit from the balcony that accepts for accessing the courtyard directly from the villa.

Enter the building through the lobby and take the elevator to the first level. The keyless entry system on the front door of the condo makes direct check-in and check-out a breeze. You are greeted by the tasteful décor, comfortable furnishings, and TVs in every room! The living room has a sleeper couch and loveseat, a TV, and balcony access for appreciating the serene sounds of the village. The entirely-equipped kitchen has everything needed for preparing daily meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table and six chairs.

The main bedroom has a king bed, a TV, balcony access, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a TV, and access to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This condo offers countless entertainment thanks to the cable TV and complimentary WiFi available. The Village House is a multi-story building with lobby entry (lobby locks after hours for security) and offers an unassigned community parking lot and access to a shared community pool.

  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • To make sure damages aren't linked to your visit, make a record of any problem areas during arrival. message the host immediately to report any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Often, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
