This villa comes complete with everything to make your vacation fun with the amenities of home. The kitchen is entirely equipped with all you need to make delicious meals. The living room and master bedroom are both located on the first floor. The living room has sliding doors that lead to a sizable open deck which overlooks the 18th fairway and green. On the deck there is a table, chairs and gas grille for outside dining. There is also a separate three quarter bathroom off the living room.
The first floor master bedroom includes a queen bed, TV and full private bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has two double beds, TV, full private bath, and a balcony overlooking the golf course. The upstairs loft includes a couch bed. Up to 6 people can sleep comfortably in this villa.
Hilton Head Island is famed for its impressive beaches and warm ocean water. However, while at Palmetto Dunes, there is plenty more to savor. The community itself has three championship golf courses as well as 25 championship clay tennis courts of which many are lighted for nighttime play. This villa is in painless walking distance of the Tennis courts and the Robert Trent Jones club home. Also, it is near the general store, Alexander’s restaurant, and Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.
Palmetto Dunes includes miles of resort cycling trails and broad HHI bicycle trails, 11 miles of lagoons for rowing and kayaking and many island eateries. Shelter Cove Harbour is one mile away and includes stores, eateries and fireworks in the summer.
