This handsome, modern beach condo will be your next favorite hideaway spot. Enter your condo through a private front alcove into a light and airy living area, complete with an open floor plan to the kitchen, a spiral stairway to the second level, and enchanting décor. The entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need for whipping up all your favorite meals and snacks, and there is plenty of space at the table or breakfast bar for everybody to gather. You will especially appreciate the private, covered deck for sipping your morning coffee or evening beverage as you stargaze or take in the golf course and different species of trees around you. Other shared amenities include a swimming pool and tennis courts. The beach is less than a mile away and complimentary beachfront parking is available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.   • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are gone! Don't let burglars spoil your holiday.
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific time? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
