Unwind with your morning coffee or drinks on a huge deck with a calming view of the pond and water feature. The villa is located among striking live oak trees inside the Queens Grant complex. This is a single story, semi-detached unit with only a modest stoop to get in. It’s ideal for couples, friends traveling together. Don't forget to bring Fido - we allow dogs of all sizes, limit 2. BEACH
6/10 a mile to the beach with 3 miles of soft, white sand: 15 min walk or 5 min bicycle ride via sizable sidewalks all in the shaded embrace of enormous tress that over hang your path. (See pics) From April through September there is a complimentary shuttle that will take and your beach gear to the beach and anywhere in Palmetto Dunes, as well as the Shelter Cover Marina across the highway with tons of dining and shopping. Hilton Head beaches are dog friendly. Beach towels and chairs are also supplied. Don't forget to utilize the villa's private, outdoor shower. There's also a water hose on the deck for sandy feet and paws.

POOLS
Queens Grant has 5 swimming pools scattered through out the complex for you to appreciate.

VILLA
This refreshed 1,100 sq ft, single story, semi-detached villa has all the amenities of home, without the hassle. The kitchen has new appliances and completely outfitted. All that's missing is your favorite foods. The living room is cavernous, comfortable and open to the dining area. Appreciate your favorite shows/sports on a 65" intelligent TV. The huge sliding doors allow tons of light to fill the room, but the adjustable plantation shutters allow you to decide how much light you want. Various board games and books are available for you to savor. There is also a slider in the master bedroom that leads out to the deck. The master bath was just installed and brand new! The 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed, tv, and ceiling fan. Linens are supplied. Limit 2 cars.

PALMETTO DUNES
A general store is just outside of Queens Grant with anything you might want to grab as well as souvenirs, breakfast/lunch and striking soft serve ice cream. Next to the General Store is a large pickle ball and tennis facility where you can take lessons or sign up for tournaments. Across the street are bicycle/kayak units. Palmetto Dunes has 11 miles of lagoon to discover. All of Hilton Head island is very bicycle friendly - and mostly flat. There are also 3 golf courses, to include Robert Tent Jones.
