Pool*: 19' x 10' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last min. requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉.

Community Beach Shuttle: Seasonal beach shuttle runs from the end of May to the end of August. The hours of operation are Sunday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Pick-up is upon request. Driver will pick guest up at their driveway and drop them off at Singleton Beach.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Hilton Head. Reserve your Hilton Head rental in Fall or Spring months to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Some hosts offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
