Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Step off the patio and onto the beachwalk path-- less than 3 mins. walk and your toes are in the surf.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-returnable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

SECURITY CAMERAS AT THIS LOCATION: Doorbell camera showing entry steps and part of driveway; one additional camera at pool equipment enclosure showing only pool equipment and beach path. No other cameras. No audio.

POOL HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).Charge is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-returnable.  Please inquire for winter rates.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Sea Pines, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. While the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Palmetto Dunes Club.

  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
