1253 Harbour Town Club is a highly desired, professionally finished, multi-level townhome right in the heart of Harbour Town in Sea Pines Plantation. Relish multiple private balconies and shared access to a splendid outdoor swimming pool!
Pull into your private, covered parking area and ascend a modest staircase to the main floor. The living room provides comfortable seating, complimentary WiFi, a flatscreen TV, and access to a private balcony overlooking the pool terrace. The balcony includes a table and chair set and a gas grille, ideal for outdoor dining and appealing!
Just off the living area are the dining room and kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is open to the dining area and includes saturnia floor, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
All four bedrooms have new wood floor, and the carpeting on the stairs and in the hall was replaced in early 2018. Ascending the stairs to the second floor, you’ll find the two guest bedrooms. The third level includes two master suites, both with vistas of the swimming pool.
