The main level of this home centers around the outdoor area. All rooms lead to the ocean. The living room, dining room, kitchen and huge screen porch are all open to each other. Extensive scale glass doors lead you directly outside from every room. The screen porch with TV, overlooks the pool, and grille area just outside. With the folding doors from the kitchen, the kitchen becomes part of the outside. Top of the line appliances, miles of working space and a full-size refrigerator and freezer make this kitchen a chef’s dream. The comfortable living room outfitted with TV and seating flows gorgeously into the huge open dining area.

Also on this level is the first master bedroom with king bed and TV. This room features a full surround of windows looking out to the pool and Atlantic beyond. The second level of the home has the remaining three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, desk, and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, a coffee bar, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is the second master bedroom. This room features a king bed, and a huge bathroom with double vanities, large soaker tub and a walk-in shower. All three of these bedrooms have definitely unparalleled vistas of the ocean with a balcony leading off each bedroom.

There are two hidden gems on the third level. One is a crow’s nest with two ideal reading chairs with broad vistas. If you need a little peaceful time with a book, this is the place for you. The top-level balcony is the ideal adult hide away. A swinging bed and additional cozy chairs make this area the ideal spot for a sunset beverage or chat. The space will also have a modest kitchenette area with a bar refrigerator.
