Perfectly located in the heart of Sea Pines, you’ll jump on your bicycles for a ride around the community or walk down the beach to Sea Pines Beach Club for ocean front dining and drinks.
The main level of this home centers around the outdoor area. All rooms lead to the ocean. The living room, dining room, kitchen and huge screen porch are all open to each other. Generous scale glass doors lead you directly outside from every room. The screen porch with TV, overlooks the pool, and grille area just outside. With the folding doors from the kitchen, the kitchen becomes part of the outside. Top of the line appliances, miles of working space and a full-size refrigerator and freezer make this kitchen a chef’s dream. The comfortable living room outfitted with TV and seating flows gorgeously into the huge open dining area.
Also on this level is the first master bedroom with king bed and TV. This room features a full surround of windows looking out to the pool and Atlantic beyond. The huge private master bathroom has double vanities, a sizable walk-in shower and access to a private outdoor shower that leads directly to the pool. Island living at its finest. The full-size laundry is also on this level with access to a second outdoor shower.
There are two rooms mid-level. The first is a striking kid’s room. Two bunk beds one with a twin on top and bottom, the second with double on bottom twin on top, a tv area, and a private bath with a shower tub combo. The other mid-level room is a cozy media room. This room features a giant sectional couch you’ll just melt into, and a sizable flat screen TV, for those calming nights in!
The second level of the home has the remaining three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, desk, and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, a coffee bar, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is the second master bedroom. This room features a king bed, and a enormous bathroom with double vanities, large soaker tub and a walk-in shower. All three of these bedrooms have definitely unparalleled vistas of the ocean with a balcony leading off each bedroom.
There are two hidden gems on the third level. One is a crow’s nest with two ideal reading chairs with broad vistas. If you need a little peaceful time with a book, this is the place for you. The top-level balcony is the ideal adult hide away. A swinging bed and additional cozy chairs make this area the ideal spot for a sunset drink or chat. The space will also have a modest kitchenette area with a bar refrigerator.
The pool area is the highlight of the home! Outdoor dining, plenty of places to lounge, and the upsized pool make this outdoor space the place to beat. You’ll have a hard time getting the kids inside! From the backyard you’ll have a private beach path to one of the finest beaches in the world.

Tricks and tips to get the optimal vacation home experience:
Sticking to your budget:
- Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hilton Head area. To book the best rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Hilton Head attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
- Often, property management companies supply Hilton Head area travel guides which include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Hilton Head visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Planning and choosing the bestvacation home:
- Choose a designated group leader, select your vacation dates, and select a budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration your family needs. Luxurious Oceanfront Multi-level - 5 Bed\/5.5 Bath Home in Sea Pines with pool has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is often accessible online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property manager before booking the vacation property. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches.
- If your family is bringing pets, filter your search for a rental that allows animals. Make sure to ask for details on breed, size, and type requirements. Note that some property owners charge additional pet fees.
- Is your family looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.
Tips to have a terrific stay:
- Take a copy of the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your . Store the host's information in your smartphone.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would at home.
- Record any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your peaceful home life. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would have not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
