There are two rooms mid-level. The first is a magnificant kid’s room. Two bunk beds one with a twin on top and bottom, the second with double on bottom twin on top, a tv area, and a private bath with a shower tub combo. The other mid-level room is a cozy media room. This room features a humongous sectional couch you’ll just melt into, and a sizable flat screen TV, for those calming nights in!

The second level of the home has the remaining three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, desk, and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, a coffee bar, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is the second master bedroom. This room features a king bed, and a huge bathroom with double vanities, large soaker tub and a walk-in shower. Tips and Tricks to get the perfect Hilton Head vacation property experience:

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Hilton Head. Reserve your rental in the Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Many management companies supply Hilton Head area visitors guides which often include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Hilton Head visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

  • Lock your rental property while you are gone! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
  • At Check-in, make note of any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Record all coorespondence.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Often, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a excellent stay? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
