This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $95/nighttime. You MUST notify Vacasa at least seven days in advance of your arrival if you would like to purchase pool heat. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

When to visit Hilton Head & When to reserve a rental home:

• The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• Summertime is the most expensive season in Hilton Head. To book the most suitable rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property managers frequently offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.

• Be a good neighbor. Often, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
• Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
• Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to compel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
