This lagoon front Hilton Head Island home is located directly across the street from the beach access point and sits on one of the biggest tons in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort.

The back deck is the ideal spot to savor the coastal breeze and lagoon vistas, with plenty of space for grilling, calming, and entertaining. A screened-in porch off the back of the home offers additional seating for conversations or al fresco dining with family, and a ideal spot to watch kids play in the heatable pool. The yard features both sunny and shaded areas, ideal for relaxation or family gatherings, with a private dock on the lagoon.

The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a roomy center island, ideal for meal prep or hosting friends. Ample cabinetry provides plenty of storage, and a sizable pantry adds additional convenience.

The fourth upstairs bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-sized bed upon request (for a fee), making it flexible for your needs. Its en-suite bathroom completes the second-floor sleeping quarters.
