You will definitely fall in appreciate with freshly refreshed "Cottage By The Sea!” The property is located right outside the Sea Pines Ocean gate and is second row ocean. That means you can actually hear the waves right from the home and the path for the beach is directly behind the home. You will be at the beach in about 45 seconds! And not any beach, this is the best and most private beach on the Island! South Forest beach is handsome because it is relatively peaceful and peaceful at our marker #48 and yet if you want action, walk or ride your bicycle on the beach in either direction. To the right about 1 mile is elegant Sea Pines Beach Club which is open to all where you can eat, drink and shop. To the left about a 1/3 mile is the Marriott Grandiose Ocean. Enter by beach to the Loggerhead Landing Bar for great drinks and happy hour. Parlor on comfortable beach chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! And one mile down is the famed Tiki Hut Bar also on the ocean. Volley ball courts are set up on the beach or just keep your toes in the sand and a beach in hand. All three places generally have live music. Cut through the Tiki Bar to the street and there you will find Coligny Plaza for all kinds of shopping and dining.
Come back to "Carolina Beach House" to appreciate an outdoor "rain shower" before appreciating all characteristics that make the home so special. Although the home was constructed in 1965 the home has been completely modernized! Everything is new! Plumbing, drywall (no paneling or popcorn ceilings) new hurricane windows, new ac unit, all new appliances, new floors, new quartz kitchen counter top with gas stove, double oven, microwave drawer, cabinets and all new furnishings. Marble bathrooms all with rain head showers and an additionally hand held shower. Brand new flat screen TVs in every bedroom and both living room and family room. That's 7 flat screen tv's. All the walls are painted in soft greys and blues and you will immediately feel the tranquility as you walk through the door. All lighting is on dimmers so you can set the mood however you like. We hope you all will savor our "Carolina Beach House" as much as we do! We are always available and want your time on vacation to be exceptional!
