You will definitely fall in appreciate with this charming South Forest Beach home! The property is located right outside the Sea Pines ocean gate and is second row to the ocean. That means you can actually hear the waves right from the home, and the path for the beach is directly behind the home. You will be at the beach in about 3 mins.! And not any beach, this is the best and most private beach on the Island! South Forest beach is a marvelous location because it is relatively peaceful and peaceful and yet if you want action, walk or ride your bicycle on the beach in either direction. To the right about 1 mile is pretty Sea Pines Beach Club where you can eat, drink and shop. To the left about a 1/3 mile is the Marriott Grandiose Ocean. Enter by beach to the Loggerhead Landing Bar for great drinks and happy hour. Parlor on comfortable beach chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! And one mile down is the famed Tiki Hut Bar also on the ocean. Volleyball courts are set up on the beach, or just keep your toes in the sand and a invigorating drink in hand. All three places offer live music seasonally. Cut through the Tiki Bar to the street and there you will find Coligny Plaza for all kinds of shopping and dining.
