Get comfortable in your living room with a wall-mounted Intelligent TV, ample furnishings and a huge slider which grants access to your private patio. There is a half bath off the living room for anyone visiting you during your stay, or for ease of access.
Completing the first floor is the primary bedroom and bathroom. The primary bedroom consists of a king-size bed, Intelligent TV and the en-suite primary bathroom. This primary bathroom is striking with its bespoke vanity and elegantly tiled tub and shower combination.
Up the stairs to the second floor there is a landing with a additional twin bed. The second floor guest bedroom also features two twin beds that can be converted into a swing king, a Intelligent TV, along with slider access to a private balcony overlooking the Robert Trent Jones golf course. How to book the best Hilton Head vacation property experience:
Sticking to your budget:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Hilton Head. To book the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Hilton Head restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Some hosts and property managers offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Look for your local Hilton Head area magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guides contain coupons for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.
Make a plan and choose your prefect Hilton Head rental home:
- Begin by choosing your a vacation week and a max budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration you need. Wonderfully Decorated Two Bedroom Water Oak Villa! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly available on booking pages. If not, email the host before you book the rental. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to establish what bed configuration is right for your trip.
- If there's a specific Hilton Head destination you are crazy about, search for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
- Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or applied to your invoice.
Know before you go:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home. Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Note any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be valuable if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an incredible source for finding the best local spots.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would at home.
- Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
