407 North Shore Place is a fourth-floor villa conveniently located one short block from the ocean and across the street from the vibrant stores and eateries of Coligny Plaza. North Shore Place is located right in the heart of Forest Beach, with bright and open kitchens, upsized tubs, covered balconies, and on-site parking under the building with key-coded security. This property showcases a rooftop pool, hot tub, and sundeck, as well as pool access at the Seacrest. Beach access is right across the street, just past the Seacrest.

As you enter the front door, you’re greeted with an open floor plan, bright coastal décor, and tile floor. The living area features comfortable seating, a sizable TV, complimentary WiFi, and access to a private breezy balcony with lounge chairs and a dining area offering glimpses of the ocean and lush greenery.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

When to visit Hilton Head & When to book:

Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
