The primary bedroom features a king bed, HDTV, and its own private balcony with a beautiful bistro set for two, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Hampton Place Community Pool. The en-suite bathroom offers spa-like amenities, including a double sink vanity, a sizable tiled walk-in shower, and a soaking tub, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The guest bedroom, located near the kitchen, includes two double beds, an HDTV, a huge walk-in closet, and direct access to the shared balcony with sweeping ocean and pool vistas. The guest bedroom also features a private en-suite bathroom with a cavernous tiled walk-in shower.

The primary balcony overlooks both the Atlantic ocean and the Hampton Place Community Pool and is furnished with seating for six.

The Hampton Place complex offers an array of top-tier amenities, including a huge pool and spa, lap pool, covered pavilion, boardwalk to the beach, grilling area, gazebo, deck, exercise facility, and an elevated observation sundeck.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from roughly 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise.
