This charmingly updated condo offers expansive, oceanfront vistas and access to the complex pool and grilling area. Step inside and feel instantly at home with the modern, completely equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. After a day of beach fun, relax in the comfortable living room complete with huge couch bed, TV and access to the furnished balcony.

Forest Beach is located at the island's south end and is one of the original Hilton Head Beach communities. This area features long stretches of handsome beach and miles of bicycle paths to make peddling or walking from place to place a breeze! Within walking distance, savor dining, shopping, and live entertainment along Pope Avenue and at Coligny Plaza, which is considered the heart of Forest Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sticking to your budget:

  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
