The huge kitchen has been generously refreshed with a ton of counter space, updated appliances and a sizable laundry area. The bar will seat two. The kitchen overlooks the enormous living room and dining room. The dining room seats four plus has a fun bar area with seating for two. The living room features a intelligent TV, loveseat, couch and reading chair. From the living room there is a sliding glass door leading to a huge balcony with charming golf course and lagoon vistas.
The first guest bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, TV, and a private bath.
Colonnade Club is an painless bicycle to Shipyard's private beach access. There is also a private community pool.
