The enormous kitchen has been gorgeously refreshed with a ton of counter space, updated appliances and a huge laundry area. The bar will seat two. The kitchen overlooks the huge living room and dining room. The dining room seats four plus has a fun bar area with seating for two. The living room features a intelligent TV, loveseat, couch and reading chair. From the living room there is a sliding glass door leading to a sizable balcony with charming golf course and lagoon vistas.

The first guest bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, TV, and a private bath.
