Located just steps from the waves in the beachfront Ocean Club complex, this 2BR/2BA two-story condo is ideal for exploring one of America's most celebrated beach towns! Walk just 4 mins. to the waves via the Ocean Club boardwalk, or relax in the pool located just beyond your patio.

Easily walk to public tennis courts or close by Coligny Plaza and a plethora of local eateries, activities, and stores. Several prominent golf courses are located within a short drive.

LIVING AREA

Retreat to the open living area, furnished with a plush sleeper couch and a adore seat to play a game with the whole family. Settle in and watch a movie on the 55' TV with cable or one of the DVDs supplied, or read a book from the home's library.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances.

BED & BATH

This two-story, ground-level condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and the sleeper couch in the living area.

Find peaceful privacy in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed and a 32' TV. The en-suite master bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is outfitted with two full-size beds and a 32' TV, while the guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Soak up the sun at the shared 8' deep pool, located just beyond. The pool is open year-round and heated seasonally in March, April, September, and October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
