207 North Shore Place is a second-floor villa in the highly desired North Forest Beach area, just one block from the Atlantic Sea! Appreciate access to a shaded balcony and a community swimming pool and hot tub when you're not at the beach!
As you enter the villa, you’ll find an open floor plan, tons of natural light, and tile floor throughout the living areas. The dining table seats four, with an additional three bar stools along the kitchen island. The living area features a comfortable couch, complimentary WiFi, a sizable flatscreen TV, and access to a private balcony. The well-appointed kitchen provides a great space to entertain and prepare meals.
North Shore Place is located in the heart of Forest Beach and is the newest condo complex to offer bright and open kitchens, upsized tubs, covered balconies, and on-site parking under the building with key coded security. This property showcases a rooftop pool, a hot tub, and a sundeck, as well as pool access at the Seacrest. Beach access is right across the street, as you walk past the Seacrest.
