The villa features a entirely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

The bedroom features a new king-size bed and ample storage with a sizable chest of drawers. The freshly updated bathroom (2021) features a fresh walk-in shower. Throughout the villa, you'll find charming wood-look tile floor.
