This attractively refreshed 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit, updated in 2020, offers magnificant ocean vistas from both the living area and private balcony. Located just steps from the beach, this villa is a ideal getaway.

The villa features a completely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

The bedroom features a new king-size bed and ample storage with a sizable chest of drawers. The freshly modernized bathroom (2021) features a modren walk-in shower. Throughout the villa, you'll find fashonable wood-look tile floor.

A standout feature of this unit is its dual-zone climate control – a rarity at Oceanside Villas. Appreciate personalized comfort with separate air conditioning systems for the living room/kitchen and the bedroom, unlike many units with a single, less effective wall unit.
