Upon entry you are greeted by an enormous great room with a wall of windows, accepting tons of natural light. The living room features sizable couches and upsized chairs, ideal for evenings spent at home. The dining room flows seamlessly into the refreshed kitchen. A fun feature for both kids and adults is the pool table!
This home is thoughtfully designed with families in mind. A enormous bunk room is a ideal getaway for the kids, with double beds on the bottom and twins on top, all the cousins and friends can stay together. Also on this side of the home is the huge master suite featuring a king bed, seating area and a sizable private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower.
On the other side of the home there are 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One queen bedroom at the front of the home will share a huge hall bath with the king bedroom overlooking the pool. There is another king bedroom with a private bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms have a TV.
The backyard is a private getaway with a heated swimming pool that overlooks the 11-mile lagoon, a calming setting that invites you to relax and savor the serene ambiance. The large deck features outdoor dining and a grille.
The striking Hilton Head beaches are a short bicycle ride away. The bicycle paths in Palmetto Dunes cannot be beaten, taking you from your home to the beach, tennis courts, and even over to Shelter Cove Marina. The golfers in your group will appreciate the resort’s award-winning golf courses!
**The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge. Pool and spa heat must be scheduled 2 weeks prior to arrival to avoid additional costs.
