Equipped with great luxuries to make your stay a breezy one and offering access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court, fun and enjoyment are assured. The first floor offers a pristine and sea-themed open floor plan with the living room and dining room together, and the kitchen comfortably separated by a wall. The living area is inviting with its peaceful sectional couch strategically placed in front of a generous, wall-mounted flatscreen TV cable and streaming services. From here, you'll have direct access to one of the greatest perks of this getaway: a covered and furbished patio. This private space offers outdoor furnishings (a couch, two armchairs, and a convenient coffee table) and a gas grille, including the ideal and cloistered nook to appreciate the outdoors while still being at home.

Back inside, the dining table is cute and seats up to six lucky visitors. However, if you'd like a more informal place to savor your meals, there's another dining table across the kitchen, but this one only seats four. Speaking of the kitchen, it comes entirely supplied with great appliances, cookware, and silverware that will make preparing a wind. This level also has a convenient half bathroom under the stairs.

The bedrooms are located all the way up on the second floor, along with two full bathrooms (both are ensuite). The main bedroom also includes a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with streaming services, a modest desk, slight golf course vistas, and a modest powder room. The guest bedroom has a flatscreen TV as well.

What's close by:
You'll find nothing but top attractions close by. The Shipyard Golf Club is within walking distance from your doorstep, the beach is just two miles away, and there are plenty of great eateries in the area. Head to Van der Meer Tennis Club (half a mile) to play a round in one of the 13 clay courts, four outdoor hard courts, or three indoor courts.
