129 Beachwalk is a pretty single-story villa in Shipyard Plantation, a stone's throw from the complex pool and a few mins.' walk to the beach. The brand-new gated deck is the ideal spot for outdoor dining, located through sliding doors off the dining room. Whether you are a golfer, tennis player, or swimmer, the Beachwalk complex is convenient. Located across from the Sonesta Resort hotel in Shipyard Plantation and right next to the path leading to the beach, these villas are just a short walk to the Van der Meer Tennis Center and the many bicycle trails.

As you walk through the front door, you're greeted with an open floor plan with tons of natural light and wood floors throughout. All appliances are brand-new, as is the HVAC system. The living room is comfortably furnished and features a TV, couch bed, and two chairs. The dining area features seating, and additional barstools are at the kitchen bar. The modernized kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, a tile backsplash, and a Keurig coffeemaker.

The bedrooms offer TVs, and the primary has a private bathroom with two vanity areas and an impressive tiled walk-in shower.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
