Upon entering the home, you'll find a comfortable den to your left featuring a TV, wet bar, and queen sleeper couch—ideal for additional guests or a peaceful reading nook. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.) Continue down the hall to a convenient powder room with full-size washer and dryer.

The open-concept main living area invites you to relax, with a second sitting room, flat-screen TV, and an adjacent dining space that comfortably seats six. The completely equipped kitchen makes meal prep painless, whether you're cooking up a fast breakfast or a family dinner. Step outside onto the shaded patio and appreciate peaceful lagoon vistas.

Upstairs, the home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a flat-screen TV, with a full bathroom just outside in the hallway. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and private bath, providing everybody with their own space to relax.

Beachwalk Hilton Head is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard and has an on-site community pool (open seasonally). In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bicycle paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard features the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal ambiance and simple access to Hilton Head’s shopping, eateries and top activities.
