Sea Light is a handsome 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home located in Sea Pines Plantation. Handily located across the street from the beach, this generous home will give the ideal hideaway for your next holiday!
As you enter the front of the home, you’re greeted with an open floor plan and tons of natural light. Wood floor spans the living and dining areas. The living room includes a comfortable sectional couch and a flat screen TV. Off the living area, you’ll find a breakfast table to one side, and a second dining table to the other. The kitchen is furbished with stainless appliances and unique blue tiled countertops.
A screened-in porch can be accessed through the living area, and the pool outdoor space can be accessed through doors in the living room and master bedroom. This generous pool outdoor space was modernized in 2017, and the uniquely shaped pool will give hours of fun in the sun!
Also on the first floor is the master bedroom. This upsized room includes floor to ceiling windows, a king bed, flat screen TV and a private master bathroom. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and double vanity.
A queen guest bedroom is also located on the main level. This room includes wood floor and has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Up a set of stairs by the entrance, you’ll find the two remaining guest bedrooms. One bedroom includes two twin beds, a TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Across the second floor landing, you’ll find a guest room with two full beds and a sectional couch. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent. This unit is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.
Parking Notes: Parking pass mandatory for each car. No assigned parking. Gated entrance.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Damage Waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
