Sea Light is a elegant 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home located in Sea Pines Plantation. Conveniently located across the street from the beach, this cavernous home will provide the ideal hideaway for your next vacation!

As you enter the front of the home, you’re greeted with an open floor plan and tons of natural light. Wood floor spans the living and dining areas. The living room features a comfortable sectional couch and a flat screen TV. Off the living area, you’ll find a breakfast table to one side, and a second dining table to the other. The kitchen is furnished with stainless appliances and unique blue tiled countertops.

A screened-in porch can be accessed through the living area, and the pool deck can be accessed through doors in the living room and master bedroom. This sizable pool deck was updated in 2017, and the uniquely shaped pool will provide hours of fun in the sun!

Also on the first floor is the master bedroom. This upsized room features floor to ceiling windows, a king bed, flat screen TV and a private master bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanity.

A queen guest bedroom is also located on the main level. This room features wood floor and has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Up a set of stairs by the entrance, you’ll find the two remaining guest bedrooms. One bedroom features two twin beds, a TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Across the second floor landing, you’ll find a guest room with two full beds and a sectional couch. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Sea Pines, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. While the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Palmetto Dunes Club.

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
