HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 mins., or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle. Read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is allowed for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 2 mins. by car from 60 Lawton Road.

FAMILY PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furnishings or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be CRATED when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.

POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-returnable.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-returnable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
