Step inside and savor coastal décor throughout, creating a casual and breezy ambiance that makes every day feel like vacation. The completely refreshed kitchen features elegant quartz countertops, new cabinetry, and convenient countertop seating for two ideal for morning coffee or casual dining. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four.

The roomy living room is ideal for entertaining or winding down, featuring comfortable seating, a 55-inch Intelligent TV, and direct access to the primary balcony, where you can appreciate fresh air and calming vistas. Coffered ceilings add a refined, modern touch to every room.

The primary bedroom suite is a true getaway with a king-size bed, private seating area, Intelligent TV, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom features a extravagant tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is located near the villa entrance and includes two queen beds, a Intelligent TV, its own private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with another tiled walk-in shower.

Located in Villamare, you’ll enjoy access to a host of freshly remodeled resort-style amenities following a multi-million-dollar upgrade. The main saltwater pool and spa are ideal for families, offering ample space and hydrotherapy jets. For a more peaceful escape, the adult-only serenity pool and spa provide a calming experience exclusively for guests 21 and older. An indoor pool and hot tub are available year-round, ensuring relaxation no matter the season.

A state-of-the-art exercise center and sauna are on-site for your wellness needs. Elevated oceanview sunbathing decks offer striking coastal vistas, while gas grilling stations and a fire pit set the scene for outdoor dining and evening gatherings. Private beach access provides a direct path to Hilton Head’s handsome shoreline. The property also offers both covered and uncovered parking options, along with elevators for convenient access to all floors.

Outdoor pools are heated from March 15 to May 1 and from October 15 to December 1. The indoor pool and spa are heated year-round.

Located near the beach, this villa is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island.
