The living area includes ample plush seating, an array of board games, and a 55-inch TV. The completely equipped kitchen provides ample counter space to prepare meals and beach snacks. When you’re ready to eat, gather at the two dining tables with seating for eight. Find privacy in the suite, outfitted with a king bed, TV, and a private lagoon-facing balcony. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The private second suite has a queen bed, twin bed, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom contains a tub/shower combination. A half bath on the first floor adds convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW

There are no elevators in the buildings.
This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Units of Hilton Head Island LLC.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 1 car.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
