Please note E-bicycles are not allowed.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorbikes and/or recreational cars and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bicycles are not allowed in the Plantations.



Things to know: There is a $150 pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many family pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly. min. of 2 dogs. No cats allowed.
