Back home, appreciate the privacy of your covered balcony, which offers fantastic vistas of nature and an outdoor dining area. The air-conditioned interior hosts an inviting living area with comfortable couches, a coffee table with a modest and gorgeous coastal-themed Tic-Tac-Toe, and a sizable TV with cable. The handsome wooden table has enough space for everybody, and right next to it is a desk with a desk chair and a printer in case someone needs to work or study from home. The full kitchen is a chef's heaven with modern appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a mini wine cooler. There is a washer/dryer off of the kitchen for added convenience.

The bedrooms have TVs and en suite bathrooms. The guest bedroom has access to a modest, private balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
