The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom features a sizable sunken garden tub, vanity and walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed, Two Double Beds, flat screen TV, slider access to the private balcony and its own en-suite Guest Bathroom. The Guest Bathroom features a tub and shower combination.
Villamare has finished a multi-million-dollar pool remodel, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a relaxing adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern exercise center, sauna, updated bathrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also appreciate private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

What to expect during your stay:
Work Zones: The project will begin at Building Three and move to Building Two and then Building One. It will take place in sections or “stacks.” They are aiming for three stacks each week. Stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies
Noise: Some noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; however, the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
Parking: Certain areas throughout the neighborhood and parking spaces may be limited.
