The condo is entirely outfitted with inviting coastal decor throughout. The living area features laminate floor, comfortable furnishings, a intelligent TV, and access to the back deck through sliding doors. The back deck has a dining table and additional patio chairs for alfresco meals or outdoor calming. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. A dedicated workspace is located on the second-floor landing for remote work convenience. Each main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while a full bathroom is located downstairs for the bunk room. The unique bunk space features a playful nautical theme that is ideal for kids. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
