The inviting living room offers comfortable seating and an impressive 86-inch Intelligent TV. Sliding doors lead to the primary balcony, furnished with seating for two and a peek-a-boo ocean view; a great spot for morning coffee or calming in the coastal breeze.

Just off the living room is the primary suite, featuring a king-size bed, HDTV, and direct balcony access. The updated primary bathroom offers a vanity, huge tiled walk-in shower, and a separate tiled tub and shower combination.

On the opposite side of the villa, the guest bedroom features two double beds and a couch, an HDTV, and its own private balcony with outdoor seating. The private guest bathroom includes a tub and shower combination.
