The completely-outfitted, gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a two-person breakfast bar. The dining area seats eight comfortably and has elegant vistas of the lagoon. The home features high ceilings and an open floor plan connecting the kitchen and dining areas to the living and family rooms. Guests can relax in the cavernous living room or take in a movie on the 65-inch Intelligent TV in the family room. The home features an internet booster and wall-to-wall wifi for those who need to catch up with work or school while appreciating the island life.

This home can sleep your family and friends with ease with its four bedrooms, two primary suites, and a sleeper couch. Every bedroom has a Intelligent TV. The roomy primary bedroom comes with a king bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a sizable jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. The third bedroom contains a queen bed and a queen sleeper couch. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a freshly modernized full bath with tiled walk-in shower.

Start your day with a coffee and peaceful lagoon vistas from the sprawling backyard deck which has a gas grille, ample seating, and an outdoor eating area. Appreciate a round of golf at the close by Robert Trent Jones and George Fazio designed courses. If you want to go to the beach and avoid the hordes, this is where you want to be. Private beach access is located just at the end of the street. After a fun day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before cooling off in the pool or calming in the spa. The spa can be heated (June - October) for an additional fee.

About the Area

Located in Hilton Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. Coastal Discovery Museum and The Sandbox are also worth visiting. Getting the most from your spending budget:

  • Summer months are high season in Hilton Head. Booking your vacation home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection.   • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
  • Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the host about pet restrictions before booking.

Additional considerations:

  • Add the property manager's phone number to your phone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • At Check-in, document any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
