35 Crabline Court is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath modern coastal home offers a private pool and an upsized front balcony overlooking the esteemed community of The Village at Singleton Beach. This property is located next to Chaplin Park which offers tennis, basketball, open fields and a great playground for kids, and best of all, it's a fast and simply walk to the beach! The community beach shuttle is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and is a fantastic convenience for appreciating the close by beach without any hassle. This home makes the ideal hideaway for those who savor both comfort and style amidst a pretty coastal setting.

Community Beach Shuttle: Seasonal beach shuttle runs from the end of May to the end of August. The hours of operation are Sunday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Pick-up is upon request. Driver will pick guest up at their driveway and drop them off at Singleton Beach.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy on your signed rental agreement supersedes all other cancellation information. Contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third-event site such as Vacation Rental By Owner or Airbnb, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy. Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Travel Insurance is an additional % of the total and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.

Located in Hilton Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Coligny Beach and Newhall Audubon Nature Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf.   • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
