This phenomenal Hilton Head home is located on the fourth row directly across from the beach path. Several updates were finished in 2023 including designer-decorated furnishings and entirely refreshed bathrooms.

You will feel like you have a private beach to savor, even in the middle of the summer crowd! Appreciate handsome vistas of the 11 mile lagoon and a private pool surrounded by tropical palms and shaded pine trees.

This gorgeous home features four bedrooms with four adjoining freshly updated bathrooms. All-new linens has been added throughout to further increase our guests' comfort! The living room includes wood floors, vaulted ceilings, skylights and plantation shutters. Off the living room is a den with plantation shutters queen sleeper couch, and a flat screen TV. The dining room has seating for eight.

The enormous private deck has a Weber gas grille, as well as a tables with seating for 10.

The pool can be heated (June 1 - October 1) for an additional fee.

No family pets are allowed at this property.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Coligny Beach and Sea Pines Forest Preserve, while Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coligny Theater are cultural highlights. When to visit & When to book:

• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Hilton Head. To find the best value, try changing your trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons.
