A unique feature of this charmingly modernized home is that it features two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom, located upstairs with vaulted ceilings, has a king size bed with a entirely remodeled and modern ensuite master bath with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. This room also has a queen sleeper couch and enormous TV, making it a ideal hang out for kids. The second master bedroom, which has direct access to the sizable deck, also has a king size bed and fully refreshed and modern ensuite master bath with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. The third and fourth guest rooms are located down the hall from the main living area. The third bedroom also has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite master bathroom. The home also has a half bath conveniently located between the living area and the kitchen.

Sea Pines Resort offers three championship golf courses, world class tennis and pickleball courts, miles of shaded bicycle paths and simple beach access to the Sea Pines Beach Club. You can savor shopping and dining at Harbourtown. Quarterdeck has marvelous vistas and fabulous seafood or enjoy a casual ambiance at the Crazy Crab restaurant. Wonderful stores and always go see the vistas from the top of the Lighthouse!! South Beach marina has the famed Salty Dog Cafe and phenomenal water vistas.
