The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six at the dining table, with additional seating at the kitchen island for two. The living room features comfortable seating and slider access to your private deck.

The first floor Primary bedroom was freshly refreshed with a new a king bed and accompanying en-suite Primary bathroom. The primary bathroom was newly updated and includes a striking bespoke-tiled tub and shower combination along with a quartz-top vanity.

The other bedrooms are on the second floor of the villa. At the top of the stairs, there is a landing with a sleeper couch.
