Stretching out into the broad open living space, a wide counter of granite offers bar seating for four while guiding you into the gourmet kitchen. Here you’ll find everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece. Stainless appliances and a wide center island for additional workspace.

The doors open to an outside open living space give way to a cavernous lanai, boasting a calm calming conservation area leading to steps to an refreshed pool deck, pool, and jet spa to relax with pool heat if desired for an additional daily fee. There is a $50 per day fee for the pool and spa or a $25 per day to only use the spa heat.

This is a PET FRIENDLY home! Please let us know if you will be bringing a furry friend with you. There is a 2 dog limit and both family pets must weigh 40lbs or lower. Any dogs over 40lbs must be approved by the owner prior to booking. There is a $250 non-returnable pet fee for the 1st approved pet and an additional $150 for a 2nd approved pet.
