Pool*: 10'x11' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. The Spa can be heated any time of year for $300/week. Pool/Spa heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last min. requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not supplied in the Vacation Rental By Owner total and must be added once the reservation is made.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy on your signed rental agreement supersedes all other cancellation information. Contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third-event site such as Vacation Rental By Owner or Airbnb, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy. Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Travel Insurance is an additional % of the total and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.

Sticking to a rental home budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To book the best rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
• Some property management companies offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
• Booking websites typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. • Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to propel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
