The dining area with seating for 7, along with additional barstools at the kitchen counter, ensures ample space for meals and gatherings. Pool*: 10'x11' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. The Spa can be heated any time of year for $300/week. Pool/Spa heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last min. requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in the Vacation Rental By Owner total and must be added once the reservation is made.

  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
