Whether relaxing by the pool or soaking in spa, guests can create lasting memories in this calming outdoor space. Inside, the home features modern amenities and thoughtful conveniences. The dining area with seating for 7, along with additional barstools at the kitchen counter, ensures ample space for meals and gatherings. The well-equipped kitchen, featuring a handsome quartz countertop, provides everything needed for preparing delicious meals during the stay.

Pool*: 10'x11' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. The Spa can be heated any time of year for $300/week. Last min. requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not supplied in the Vacation Rental By Owner total and must be added once the reservation is made.

DOG FRIENDLY: Pet costs are not included in your Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. Our company has a two (2) dog max. and a weight restriction of 50 pounds max.. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 3rd pet for an additional fee.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Coligny Beach and Coastal Discovery Museum, while Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coligny Theater are cultural highlights. When to book & When to go:

  • Summer is high season in Hilton Head. To find the best value, consider changing your family's Hilton Head vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
