303 Tennismaster is a gorgeously updated, dog-friendly villa overlooking the grounds of the Tennismaster Villas complex. You'll savor a private porch and multiple balconies!

Tile floors span the entire first floor. The kitchen, which is open to the dining and living rooms, features granite countertops, new cabinetry, and a separate breakfast area with seating for four. The living room offers complimentary WiFi, a flatscreen TV, and access to the porch (where you'll find rocking chairs and a table with seating for four).

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, a private balcony, and a private bathroom with a bespoke shower and vanity. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a private balcony, and a refreshed bathroom.

From the Tennismaster Villas, a short walk or bicycle ride along a landscaped path will bring you to the beach!
The community pool has been closed indefinitely due to local regulations.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).   • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance.   • Lock your rental while you are away. Protect your property!
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on good feedback to inspire more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
