*Arrival Time:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This will allow us to cover safety guidelines and airport regulations. Our tours have limited capacity, so being on time is essential. If you’re running late, your spot may no longer be available, and a $50 late fee will apply if we can reschedule. Unfortunately, if no spots are available, no refund will be issued.
*Weight Restrictions:
All aircraft, including our Robinson-44 helicopters, have weight limits for your safety and comfort. The per-seat weight limit is 300 lbs, with a combined passenger weight limit of 600 lbs. As required by FAA regulations, all passengers will be weighed at check-in. Please be assured that this information is strictly confidential and will only be accessed by our flight crew.
*Mobile Phones:
Due to activity on the busy ramp, mobile phones are not permitted in this area. However, phones are welcome inside the helicopter for the duration of the flight. Feel free to capture the breathtaking views! Photos are also available for purchase after your tour.
