Come savor this completely refreshed villa! The kitchen is handsome with its bespoke cabinetry, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with bar seating for two. The kitchen comes entirely-equipped to meet your family or group's cooking needs. The dining area is just off the kitchen and features seating for four. The living room contains brand new furnishings and a flat screen TV, with slider access to your private balcony which overlooks Palmetto Dunes 11 mile lagoon system.

The bedrooms are located on either side of the villa, an ideal separation for families, couples and golf groups alike. The primary suite contains a king-sized bed and flat screen TV along with an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom features a granite countertop vanity and freshly tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is broad with its two queen-sized beds, flat screen TV and en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has also been updated with a granite vanity and a tiled tub and shower combination. This Centre Court Villa is close to everything magnificent that Palmetto Dunes has to offer! Easily walk to the Robert Trent Jones and Fazio Golf Course clubhouses, Alexander's Restaurant and the General Store. The Beach is also only about a 15 min. walk away!

Located in Hilton Head Island, this villa is near the beach. Fort Howell and Harbour Town Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palmetto Dunes Club and George Fazio Golf Course. When to go & When to book:

  • Summer is high season in Hilton Head. To find the most suitable rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or charges may be applied to your contract.

  • Store the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Make a record of any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately contact the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if damages are assessed.

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are gone! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
