The welcoming design is ideal for kicking back and appreciating water vistas. The cavernous two-story layout provides plenty of options for relaxing, and the comfortable beds provide relaxing rest at the end of the day. Take in vistas of the lagoon from your private deck, or savor cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Three balconies guarantee room for everybody to relax!

Recent updates as of summer 2022 include new air conditioning, new carpet, new paint, and updates throughout the space.

Kick back in the evening and watch the huge TV, complete with a DVD player, or venture onto the deck to catch the sunset over the lagoon. You will also appreciate complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer for taking care of laundry.

Guests are just mins. from the community of Hilton Head, where you'll find art galleries, museums, and wineries, along with dining and shopping opportunities. With a short walk to the ocean, you can relax on the beach or venture to the marina for fishing excursions. A exercise center, basketball courts, and a community picnic area with grilles are also available for guests.

THINGS TO KNOW
The heaters for the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. Subject to the weather, the heaters will be turned back on in the fall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
