This comfortable modern condo at the Island Club is the ideal destination when you're in the mood for a calming hideaway along a spectacular waterfront. The welcoming design is ideal for kicking back and appreciating water vistas. The roomy two-story layout provides plenty of options for relaxing, and the cozy beds provide peaceful rest at the end of the day. Take in vistas of the lagoon from your private deck, or appreciate cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Three balconies guarantee room for everybody to relax!

Recent updates as of summer 2022 include new air conditioning, new carpet, new paint, and updates throughout the space.

Kick back in the evening and watch the sizable TV, complete with a DVD player, or venture onto the deck to catch the sunset over the lagoon. You will also savor complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer for taking care of laundry.

The heaters for the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. Subject to the weather, the heaters will be turned back on in the fall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in the Hilton Head area. To find the largest rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Hilton Head attractions.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Hilton Head visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
