Inside, you're welcomed by new wood floors throughout and tasteful, comfort-focused décor. The villa is completely equipped to meet all your family’s cooking needs, featuring granite countertops in a thoughtfully designed kitchen.
The Primary Bedroom features a King bed and a freshly refreshed en-suite bathroom with a cavernous walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double sink vanity. The Guest Bedroom includes two Double Beds and its own private en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms come with intelligent TVs.
Step outside to a sizable private deck with ample seating, a Gas Grille, and serene vistas of the lagoon and fountain. Whether you're appreciating a morning coffee or an evening meal, the gentle sound of the fountain creates an incredibly calming ambiance especially while sitting at the private deck.
The complex pool is open from April 1 through September 30.
**BEACH RENOURISHMENT PROJECT***

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and elegant beach for everybody to savor, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.
