The roomy living area is charmingly decorated with a beach modern sectional couch and 2 chairs. In addition, a sizable Intelligent TV completes the room.
The Primary suite offers a king bed with sweeping ocean vistas. Down a private hallway you will enter the bathroom featuring a granite double vanity and an upsized bespoke-tiled walk-in shower with frameless glass.
The guest bedroom has two double beds, HDTV, and a bathroom has a granite double vanity and a bespoke-tiled tub and shower combination.
Hampton Place complex is immaculately kept and offers amenities such as a huge pool area, including a lap pool, pavilion, exercise center, BBQ area with propane grilles, kids's pool, gazebo, and elevated sun deck.
**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a enormous-scale construction project from roughly 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise.
